signature design by Jack Nicklaus, the Ocean Hammock Golf Club is Florida's
first oceanfront course since the 1920's. Nicklaus himself refers to this
course as "The Pebble Beach of the East Coast." This pristine parcel of
oceanfront property is set amidst dunes and natural landscape and features
more ocean play than any other course on the state's east coast. Six holes
overlook the ocean, including a magnificent 468-yard, par four finishing
hole that is truly breathtaking. Lakes, dunes, forested terrain and five
different tee options, add to the challenge. Jack Nicklaus has dubbed
the final four holes here as "The Bear Claw," and said they should rank
among the game's more memorable finishing foursome. Don't miss this course.
